Hard work or personality: Which makes people successful?
I think its the hard work. I feel like hard work is what makes them successful, but personality characteristics make it easier for them to be successful. I also think that some people have a great life just because of their personality. Just because someone has an easy job and works with the same people all of their life they could still be very happy and successful. If a person is in that same job, at the same place doing the same thing every day and they’re happy with it, why would you say that it’s not successful?

A lot of people assume that just because someone is successful they are happy. Personality traits can make things easier for you and can make you feel more confident about things. But I think it’s the hard work that makes you successful – not your personality characteristics.
Without hard work, your personality traits just won’t matter. If you’re just trying to be successful and not working hard, nothing will change.
Just because someone’s personality makes them happy, it doesn’t mean that their personality doesn’t make them really angry too. Being able to choose what you want to do and learning to work with people is important for being successful. It’s not always about being a good friend or a great person – it can be about the job that you have. So comes the hard work first on the way to your success.
What do I think about the personality traits?
I think personality traits can make it easier to be successful. For example, I have a younger brother who started working at a restaurant at 13 years old and was promoted to head chef because of his hard work. Even if someone has a great personality they can still be very successful in life if they put the right things into their life, if they’re not being led down the wrong path and think about what will benefit them for tomorrow instead of just living for today.
The hard work that you put in really does play a big part in the success and whether or not you leave something to yourself; whether or not you deserve things that may come your way. I believe that hard work plays a big part in success, but it’s also the environment in which you live. A lot of people say that if you put a little bit of hard work into something and don’t get success, then you didn’t deserve it because you didn’t try hard enough.
But does that mean one should give up on their dreams and goals? I don’t think so. In fact, I think when we fail to achieve what we had hoped for, what’s important is the process itself. Even the most unsuccessful things in life can be made successful (at least to some extent). We need to learn that you don’t have to be perfect in order for people to notice you.
Being yourself is more important than your ability – just work hard and your success will follow eventually. It’s not always about the money or extreme talent – it’s about working hard, and sometimes not knowing how you made it all work is the best part.
I agree with that to a certain extent, but there’s someone who may be working just as hard as you and putting a lot of effort into their goals-even harder than yours-and still not gaining success.
I think personality traits help make people successful in life because they are going to be more confident about what they are doing and know how to deal with people if they have been working for the same company for 20 years. For example, if you have great personality characteristics, you’re going to have some confidence, knowing that you are going to be successful in life. Personality traits can also lead people to become better employees and give them more confidence because they know that they are doing a good job and deserve more money because they have done so well in the past.
Can we completely ignore the ‘personality traits factor’ for success?
Well, I think it all depends on the person. Some people don’t get along with their coworkers or boss and end up leaving their job, so if you don’t get along with your coworkers, maybe it’s not the hard work that makes them successful. Sometimes people just don’t want to work hard enough. And sometimes it’s not based on hard work but on personality traits. Personality traits can sometimes help or hurt your success.
For some people, it can mean that you will always have a great job and never have to worry about money. Other people may not be able to be successful because of their personality type, they learn how to work hard and will work hard, but they also need money. When you are more confident that makes it easier to get more money, but some people may not be able to do that because they don’t feel confident with themselves.
I think many people have the wrong idea about what makes them successful in life. I’ve heard a lot of different things including “You’re just lucky” or “People can change”.
Here’s how hard work has contributed to my friend’s success!
I always thought this as well but upon further review of my childhood best friend, I have found just how much hard work has contributed to her success. She grew up in a very poor family who constantly was struggling to put food on the table and clothes on their back. But her parents instilled in her that she had every resource she needed and pushed her every day to go after her dreams, which is apparent by the fact that she has done so well.
Yes, I was taught to believe in myself from an early age. My mom encouraged me to pursue my goals and be confident when things didn’t go as planned or I had doubts about whether or not my ideas would work. For example, when I took drama class for the first time, I was shy and didn’t like the idea of singing for people, but my mom helped me through it and made me believe that I could do it. Later on, when we had drama practices and I was uncomfortable singing in front of others, she rooted me on, telling me that I could do it. If it wasn’t for her confidence boost and her belief in my abilities, I don’t think I would have gotten so far.
Do personality traits play no role in making you successful?
Most people believe that personality traits carry them through life. But the truth is that a lot of your success depends upon what level of hard work you exert. Everyone has to work hard no matter what the job is; it just depends on how much you want to work and how good you are at working hard. If you were being paid less than everyone else on a job but were still willing to work harder, I would say you’re more successful than the person who was being paid twice as much but wasn’t willing to work as hard. No one is born that way, though – it takes hard work and self-discipline.

I think it’s perfectly acceptable for someone to be tactful and simple by making the choice between easy and hard. It’s always easy to make excuses, but sometimes it’s better to do the right thing – than to do what is easy. I think that many people get trapped in the web of not wanting to take any risks or thinking that they are just fine where they are in their lives. These are some of the traits that lead people to not reach their true potential, but instead, settle for what is easy and safe. These people need to know that things can always be better if they try hard enough.
I think you may find it interesting about personality traits do not play so much role or do not have considerable effects on the success of a successful person.
On the other hand, some say, “Create your success by hard work”. I agree with this statement about being able to create your own success by working hard for it. You have to accept that you’re not going to get something without giving something in return. It is a concept that is often overlooked and it is one of the main reasons why many people fail in life. You just can’t expect to get something without working for it and in return. You have to be willing to sacrifice yourself, you have to learn to be a team player, and you have to learn that you can’t do everything on your own.
Work hard with determination to become successful?
People often complain about being broke, but they don’t know what failure is because they’re too busy complaining about being poor themselves. If people would accept this fact and learn not just how important hard work is but also how important cooperation is in life, people would be doing so much better. You have to be willing to sacrifice and work hard in order to get what you want, but after that, you still have to work hard in order for others to recognize your hard work in return. It’s a partnership that everyone should acknowledge.
I was taught an important life lesson when I was a child. My father always told me that he didn’t care how “successful” I became, but rather how happy he was to be my father. He always said: “Remember, Son, never forget the reason why you are where you are today.” So true! Life is too short not to enjoy it.
I think it’s important to first realize what you want from life and what your goal is. As long as you’re happy with your own life, then others will be too. The best way I can describe it is that you need to do what makes you happy. Sometimes, however, as the author said, we are unaware of how people see us or whether we are actually appreciated for our achievements and hard work. It’s nice though to see someone grow and mature in their life.
Yes, I believe that success in most people can only be found in their own hard work and determination. It takes a lot to work hard, and it takes, even more, to stay positive about the whole process. We all want to become who we are now, but there are certain factors that get in the way. Sometimes you can’t see those obstacles at first, but being able to overcome them is important for becoming successful one day.
I think people always believe that personality traits make a person successful, even if they can’t prove it. The truth of the matter is that most successful people are successful because of their hard work. It doesn’t matter how much talent or intelligence they have – they still had to work hard to get what they did. There is no shortcut, and I think we need to start realizing that no one can give you the life you want unless you do the work for it yourself. We need to be willing to sacrifice for something we really care about and do whatever it takes instead of settling for what’s easy.
Only hard work, no “luck factor”?
Well, luck is still a factor. In life, you have to work hard, and if you work hard, luck will be on your side a lot more than if you work without it. I think this is one of the reasons why hard work is so important – because it affects your chances of success in the future. It isn’t fair to those who don’t really put in any effort and expect the same kind of rewards as someone who works hard for what they have, but it is impossible to avoid fate. Nothing really goes as planned all of the time – that’s why one can’t plan their life in advance. If you want anything in your life to go right, you have to put forth some hard work in that direction.

I think when we’re young we always want things to be different than they are in our lives – we never want to make mistakes but little do we realize that mistakes can only lead us to success. They can teach us, drive us and make us stronger. So many people get stuck on what’s wrong in life, but I think it’s better to ask yourself why something happens and then move on from there instead of getting stuck on the issue itself. If someone says they don’t know how they got here, they aren’t telling lies. We can see here a contribution of the luck factor from somewhere behind their hard work.
In short, success is not something that you can plan for – it is defined by what you make of it by hard work.
The most important thing we can do is to follow our dreams and find happiness in our own little world. We need to stop comparing ourselves with others and realize that in order to get certain things we have to work hard and learn from our mistakes. That’s how we get better, that’s how we understand what we want out of life, and that’s how the road ahead will be paved with good opportunities.

Conclusion
As discussed above, people normally choose to believe in personality traits as the reason for a person’s success. However, not the personality traits, hard work is the actual factor that makes people really successful in their life. for success. Moreover, luck also loves hard work and without it, a person’s personality always remains blurred.
Maybe, the examples above about being successful with hard work can be helpful in motivating you, but they only go so far. Whatever you want to become, you have to work hard for it and give no excuses or blame others. Many times we use our situations and our personal problems as an excuse not to try harder; we need to be honest with ourselves and realize that if we work hard, we can be successful and a lot of our problems would fade away.
